Ludia is an eco-friendly polishing system developed with Korean technology,

Its specially designed abrasive particles (powder) overcome the shortcomings
of conventional polishing methods and come in a variety of sizes and particle
compositions, enabling precise surface treatment without the use of chemicals.
It is applicable to a wide range of materials, including ceramics, titanium, and

Differences in wear patterns between general abrasives and Lydia
Conventional polishing methods use abrasives that break or grind, which can cause
problems such as dust generation, worker hazards, and surface damage. However, Ludia abrasives
are made of elastic materials and have a structure that break-away,
which significantly extends the lifespan compared to conventional methods
while maintaining consistent polishing quality.
How LUDIA works
Since it uses the same circulation-replenishment method as general dry blasting,
automatic continuous operation is possible, thereby improving productivity.
The frequency of additional replenishment depends on the characteristics of the workpiece and the working environment.
It can also be used with a general-purpose blaster (no dedicated equipment required).
Additionally, the Ludia system can be applied to standard equipment without the need for dedicated equipment,
and is designed to enable continuous and uninterrupted processing simply by adding abrasives.
This provides a powerful advantage, allowing for customized application tailored to the customer's existing environment.
